In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”);

In order to provide better and higher quality products and services, to establish corporate communication, to perform statistical studies, to fulfill legal obligations as required or mandated by legal regulations, to fulfill the burden of proof as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future, to follow up legal affairs and similar purposes.

I find it appropriate and I accept that I have been informed about this matter, that I have read and understood this text, and that I expressly consent to the processing of my personal data in the text for the processing of my personal data, including my sensitive personal data (nationality, criminal conviction and security measures information), limited use and sharing within the scope of the relevant process, sending me an SMS (Short message), E-mail, voice message, reaching via answering machines and similar means and storage of my personal data for the required time via, by Dema Röle Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. For the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages to you, your contact data (mobile phone number, e-mail address) will be continued to use until you exercise your right to refuse to send commercial electronic messages, based on your consent to be sent commercial electronic messages to you by Dema Röle Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Dema Röle”) as a service provider within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated 15 July 2015 and the Regulation Amending the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated 04 January 2020.

Your consent for sending commercial electronic messages is considered as your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time and without any limitation, within the scope of paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

In addition, your contact information will be transferred to the Message Management System for the purpose of informing authorized persons, institutions and organizations, based on the legal reason "explicitly stipulated in the laws" in subparagraph (a) of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law.

I give my consent for making a phone call and sending a short message/SMS/WhatsApp via my GSM number and sending of e-mails to my e-mail address that I have given to Dema Röle Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., as a commercial electronic message approval.

As the data controller, Dema Röle Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Dema Röle”) submits this clarification text to you for the purpose of informing you about the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data obtained during the job application processes, and your legal rights regarding these, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation to Clarification.

Personal Data Obtain and Storage Methods:

Your personal data is collected through the website (https:/demarole.com.tr/en/jobs), documents showing personal information (Curriculum Vitae Form), documents showing the CV (Element. net, Kariyer.net) fully or partially automated or, non-automatically provided that it is a part of a data recording system, and stored in e-mail server (Office 365) and physical storage environments.

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data:

Your collected personal data can be processed for the purposes of Execution of the Application Process of Employee Candidates, based on the legal conditions of being directly related and necessary to the establishment or performance of the Contract specified in the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK 5/2.c. paragraph).

Transfer of Your Personal Data:

As an employee candidate, your personal data you provide to our company during the job application processes are transferred abroad as the e-mail server (Office 365) through which your data is transmitted within the company is located abroad, in accordance with the conditions specified in the 8th and 9th articles of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Your Rights as Data Owner According to the Article 11 of KVKK:

Your rights in Article 11 of the KVKK regarding the processing of your personal data are as follows:

a- To get information whether personal data about himself/herself is processed

b- If personal data about him/her has been processed, requesting information about it

c- To get information about the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose

d- To get information about the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad

e- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7

f- Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred

g- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems

h- Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data

Dema Röle will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, we will charge the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
